Toronto West CAER or Community Awareness Emergency Response in the Etobicoke, Rexdale, York communities emphasizes networking, solving problems, monitoring, sharing ideas, site plans, containment, cleanup, storage tank strategies, preparedness, industrial and residential education by government sectors. Goals are the elimination or reduction into the environment of toxins, dangerous, hazardous chemicals, minimizing risks, fear, loss, burns, personal injury and property damage. In short - We Care.
